Brief and Idea

First and foremost, it's crucial to finalize the theme and the statement of work. This visual is quite detailed and extensive, so it's best to discuss everything upfront to avoid rework when most of it is already done. Therefore, we decided on the concept, sectors, Gigacloud clients to be featured, and the format of the stand. The format was slightly altered in the process, as initially, it was planned as a single image, but ultimately, we decided to create two separate ones.

Base

I initially wanted to create the base in vector or generate it using AI. However, a vector wouldn't provide that "realism," and AI would generate it with artifacts and in low quality. Therefore, I decided to try creating the base in Blender. I had good skills in Cinema4D, but I didn't want to buy a license for just one project, so I decided to try Blender and wasn't disappointed; for basic geometry, it was more than enough for me.

Assets in Midjourney

I am not an artist, so I generated various details such as plants, buildings, cars, etc. using Midjourney. I don't like AI artifacts; I dislike it when it's evident that a design was generated by AI. Therefore, when I do use it, I try to remove all artifacts as much as possible. Fortunately, all these details were on a small scale, and the assets didn't require extensive processing.

Collaged in Photoshop

After these preparations, the crucial stage arrived – assembling everything in Photoshop and preparing it for print. This stage took the most time because here it was necessary to work holistically and in one style, and most importantly – with PERSPECTIVE. Although I generated everything from the same perspective, since it was AI, all assets differed slightly, so I aligned almost every asset using Perspective Warp.

We are very pleased with the result of the project. The stand turned out to be unique – the kind that makes you want to stop and "get stuck" in it. The visuals are high-quality and detailed: you really want to examine them, not just glance over them. The core idea was based on a game: you travel with your eyes through a conceptual city, peek into shop windows, catch small details, and find signs with the logos of GigaCloud's current clients. Thank you for the high-quality detailing, imagination, and enthusiasm, despite the changing technical specifications, the deeper immersion into the details, and our "let's tweak this a bit more" moments. And a special thank you for your patience, responsibility, and genuine involvement in the process. It was very palpable – and very valuable. Until next time)
