Cryptoset: a crypto website people enjoy using
A cryptocurrency website focused on user functionality and visual appeal.
Project start and idea
The project began with an exciting brief: a website for cryptocurrency enthusiasts that is both functional and visually compelling. It combined my interest in the technical side of crypto with my passion for creative design.
Research and analysis
I started with research: existing crypto websites showed how people use them today, and interviews with stakeholders and potential users revealed their expectations and preferences.

UX design
My first idea was a hero section followed by a list. User testing showed a better way: let people see the categories and the top cards right away. That was the turning point of the UX.

UI design
For the UI I broke away from the usual crypto green and chose a calm blue palette. Unique 3D icons with cryptocurrency and community logos give the site a distinctive, consistent look.

Logo and brand identity
The logo had to echo traditional money while feeling native to crypto. The same idea runs through the logo, the 3D icons and the social media banners.

Identity idea
A coin is a circle, so I split it into two halves to show that cryptocurrency is divisible. The halves became the base for 3D models with crypto logos, used across social media and the website.

Social media
Social media is an ongoing job: regular updates keep the brand relevant and engaging. It is a challenging and rewarding mix of marketing and design.
